This is the complete Holy Injil along with Genesis and Exodus from the Tewrat as translated into Arabic-script Uyghur by the Uyghur Bible Society (UMKJ). Their 'Hazirqi Zaman Uyghurche Terjimisi' (HZUT) translation faithfully renders the original Greek and Hebrew Scriptures in language accessible to a contemporary Uyghur reader. The appendix contains a glossary, full colour maps, and a brief overview of the history of the Good News (Injil) in Central Asia featuring Bible texts in Old Uyghur from the 10th or 11th century discovered in Turpan.
